So I was cleaning the house today.... I brough CJ and Pepper in and put them on the playstand in the living room and gave them some food and toys to entertain themselves...
I was washing my windows and the curtains suddenly fell on my head. I looked over and CJ had reached over and grabbed them and dropped them on me. So I rehung the curtains and moved the stand over a little (not far enough). I was vacuuming the asian beetles (I hate those things..lol) out of the window sill and the curtains fell on me again. Of course it was CJ again. So, I rehung the curtains moved the stand a bit more and went back to work.... all in all I rehung the curtains five times! So after cleaning the window I notice that he had climbed down the stand and pooped on the floor twice.....grrr
So I get a rag and a mop and the nolvasan and start cleaning the floor. I wipe up the poo and sweep the floor and mop. I notice it (his poo) has hit the stand also, so I kneel down to clean the leg of the playstand and suddenly it is raining peas, carrots, squash, corn, beans, etc... Pepper had grabbed the food bowl and dumped it on my newly cleaned floor..... grrr
There are days that birds take so much more patience than others.... lol
They wanted attention and eventually we sat down together for a while, but while I was cleaning I just wanted to ring their necks!
Some days with birds are more difficult than others, and I thank God I had the strength not to lose my temper. They are just birds, but I'm pretty sjure they did it deliberately just to get me to notice them.
After a while it became funny in retrospect and I was in a better mood.
