Chewing

I've got a fantastic gadget hanging low on the wall next to my computer cabinet here at home, that has rope, pieces of leather, and wooden pieces on it - perfect for a parrot to chew.

But guess what? Sweet Pea is standing on the floor right next to it, busy chewing the wooden cabinet my computer is housed in.

It's kind of like a kid being more interested in the packaging than the toy!

Good thing this computer cabinet is old and in a room upstairs - so it's no big deal that she's chewing on it.

I wouldn't let him do that, the cabinet looks like it has a wood stain on it and I don't think that's good for your parrot.

It is funny though. I buy Rosie all sorts of toys but she'd rather play with a paper plate or cardboard Animals are so weird.

That sounds like Ozzie, he would chew anything that he can reach. And that includes money..... Last time he chewed up $20! I left it on the table, and 10 min later..... It turned into 1000 little pieces.

Oh my goodness! There's goes 20 bucks! Wonder if you took all the little pieces to a bank if they would replace it, lol! My first lory chewed more than this one does and he would often chew any kind of paper I had and most of the Christmas cards always went out with his signature bite on them.

Yeah, I should of went to the bank, and tell them that my bird chewed it up. Lol
