So the way my cage is set up there is a corner wall right near my Goffin's cage. He has taken to chewing on it.. ugg. So I want to buy a semi hard wood and create a corner from top to bottom.
I figured I would buy 1"x6" piece of wood that's 6 foot long for one side of the wall and a 1"x2" 6 foot long for the other side and overlap them so they protect the wall. Then he can chew on that.
My question is what kind of wood. I know to stay away from pressure treated, and I figure pine would be too soft and he'll dig right through that.
