Try taking him out of his cage [with a stick ] . Put him on a perch [then towel him to get his meds in ]. Im sure it wont be pretty [but he needs them].Good luck

Not so good...since the issue is with her lungs and such the vet said to keep her as calm as possible...so im not sure about toweling her...but she goes to her vet Tuesday afternoon...I just pray she can hang on till the...she is still eating and drinking and moving around her cage...she has been getting lots of extra almonds and millet but ive even tried mixing her meds with veggie soup with no luck...if she has to be medicated any further I might have to leave her there...do they offer antibiotic injections for birds?

I dont know...the vet put her on a zpak for birds but she wont touch it...

Do you have heat lamp available? For the time being cover the back and sides of Charlie's cage and leave the front open during the day and cover all sides at night but leave the heat lamp on 24/7 right now. It would be wise to contain her in a small room where you can run a humidifier and run a heater in the smaller room if no heat lamp.
