Canelo Was BAD!!!!

I took today off and went out to run errands. Got home, opened the door to this!

That is Venus' cage, and no Venus in sight. Me? I dropped everything in my hands. Got on my hands and knees looking under the furniture with my flashlight app. She wasn't in the cage. She was sitting on top of Buzz's cage unscathed. [emoji29] Luckily a food door popped open but wow what a scare!

Who did it? Yes that is his guilty mug playing it off. Not looking at me but looking at me to see if anything is coming at him. So Venus and I snuggled and shared a snack before I righted her cage. Glad my work laptop cushioned the fall! Thanks Canelo, he's so BAD!

I was ready to argue over your title on behalf of beloved Canelo but after seeing the mayhem, I reluctantly agree, Bad Canelo! Please give him a hug and tell him I think his innocent look needs lots of work, haha.

Oh my gosh wow! BAD Canelo is right! What was his motive? That face does look like he's pretty satisfied with his work!

I am still trying to figure out how he tipped the cage like he did. Neither pug has the strength to pull it over unless they got it just right. I believe he did it trying to slide out the bottom cage and since the lock was in place he toppled it over. He got in trouble three times that day, the cage, running out the front door and heading for the street, and finally picking a fight with Chip the pug. The bottom try is not sliding easily anymore, it's very tight when sliding it into place. He may have the dumbest look on his face and specializes in laziness, but he's smart and has the brains to figure out how to get what he wants with the least amount of resistance, lol.

Well the cage coming down must have scared the bejeesus out of poor Canelo, so hopefully he won't do that again! Glad everyone came away unscathed.

It was horrible. That is the plastic trash can liner I use in the bottom pan.

Julie, Saturday I took the dogs with me to family's while we were out watching one of the kid's play a little league football game. They have a 3 month old kitten that knows no fear. I wish I had my phone with me after the game to record her with Canelo. We left the dogs at the family's house, got back after the game, and this kitten was on top of the coffee table hanging over swatting Canelo's butt. At one point she used his head as a step to get on the couch and she had him chasing her and she was chasing him around the house. It was like watching a Tom and Jerry cartoon. The kitten isn't mean, just very energetic, playful and has velcro paws. At one point she was laying in the middle of all of the dogs (6 total, my three and the family's 3) just chilling, but for whatever reason, she thinks Canelo is the greatest fun, lol! She got him to exercise on Saturday!

The kitten used Canelo's head as a step to get to the couch?! Rotfl! Sounds like a good day, I'm glad everyone had fun, including the pups and kitten!

Aww Canelo looks too sweet to get into trouble I am so glad that no one was injured, and I bet it really scared him too!
