Canadian blue throat macaw breeder?

Hello all,

After researching the different macaw species, I've spent the last 6 months or so trying to find Canadian breeders of the Blue-Throat. It seems to be much harder than I initially thought, since I've only found one advertised breeder that doesn't appear to be using them at the moment. I figured I'd try here to see if there was any avenues I was not aware of.
