Can you help me read leg bands?

Hi I have a question regarding my parrots leg band,
I gathered that they are from Slovakia and that they hatched in 2016 but the rest of the numbers I can’t decipher.
The bands are :
Sk 16 046
Sk 16 180(written perpendicular to the other writing ) 118

My guess was that the rest of the numbers were the breeders serial number.

If you could help me locate the breeder or give me a site that has all the registered breeders in Slovakia I would be most thankful!

Welllllllllllllll... I know it's great to have this band info. I traced m bird's through bird clubs and breeders, so I think you're on the right track.
How abut this?

Good luck! Unless there are some sort of laws in your country, leg band markings usually only mean something to the individual breeder - brood#s and such. There was never a recognized format or breeders list, at least in the USA.
