Cage Suggestion for Lovebirds

Hi!

I wanted your opinions on best cage for lovebirds. Currently they are two years old. I'd have 2 in a cage.

I was looking for at least 24 x 24 x 24 inches, on wheels to easily move around, easy to clean and such.

Where is the best place to purchase online or brand/type you'd suggest?

What cage did you wind up going with? I'm always curious to see what people use for their birds.

I always prefer the big ones. You can see Kansas II - Platinum or San Remo III Bird Cage. Both are stone white.

Do lovebirds still get companionship if their cages are separate/divided? Thinking about one little one from a rescue. He’s currently housed with his sister. I don’t know if they are bonded, but I have long work hours and was wondering if adopting the both of them would make the, both happier. But also never had a bird before and wondering if they might not get along further down the road and I might need to separate. Or would it be better to just have them separated regardless but next to each other and then they can play together when I let them out?

In my experience with Lovebirds they will ALWAYS try to bond with another Lovebird whether it be a boy or girl. If the cages are seperated into completely different rooms youll most likely end up with squeak noises back and forth all day everyday until they see each other, its just the nature of Lovebirds.
The myth about Lovebirds is that they must always be kept "in pairs." If anything, keeping more than one lovebird is MUCH harder on the owner as they are more apt to bond with the other bird. If the pair has been together for a good amount of time now, I dont think seperating them would be healthy as they do get depressed.
