The biggest cage you can afford is the best rule of thumb.

I like this one better, and its cheaper

Thank you, I am keeping this cage in mind. I am also browsing ebay. Here are a couple of cages but I like the cage in your link better. Large New Bird Parrot Cage Cockatiel Conure 32"x20"X53" | eBay

Make sure your seeing the dimensions of the inside of the cage, and a lot of web sites(especially ebay) they put the cage dimensions with the seed catcher on so it seems way bigger then it really is.

I bought Rosie's cage off of Ebay. It was only $215($240 with tax) for a close out sale and had free shipping! I bought it from this seller. They have a large selection of cages from a no name brand.

Here's Rosie's cage. It's hard to show how big it is in person, (36" wide, 27" deep, 68" tall).

Maybe (not a moderator, so don't know, just a gut feeling) it would be practical to start your own topic with this question?

There is a whole section on cages Cages - Parrot Forum - Parrot Owner's Community I think you can find a lot of links there.
Just start with the most recent ones...

Oh..it *really* helps if you let others know where on this blue planet you are.
I could give you links to a few dutch shops that are really good, but they won't be much help if you are in the States, Australia or South-Africa...
