Cag vs Tag

For a long while I have wanted to add an african grey to the family, I am starting to look around but unsure if i should go for a Cag or a Tag. Looking for some advice to help me make a decision.

I like playful bird talking is a plus but not necessary my eclectus talks her heart out. Also is there a temperament difference like the eclectus male likes quietness female doesn't mind rowdiness. Things like this.

I am used to an eclectus I know a african grey is very different, I have friends that have Tags I have not been around a Cag to compare them. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you
