Double the trouble


Kelly is the one sitting with me and the far one is my boyfriends yellow nape Fiona. So far Kelly is very unimpressed with her lol

Since I am letting Kelly grow his flights back in I decided to get him a harness....he is actually pretty good about it those hoodies I force him in must have been good conditioning! I am working on teaching him to fly he has a little more control about the direction he goes already!



On the way back from the shelter one night...


A collar for an Umbrella was sitting on the table at the shelter and well Buttercup Kelly was born....



Scratches one of the nights he was being all needy....oh wait that is every night

So glad to see an update on Kelly (and perhaps another one with Folger too?)! Those pictures of him in the collar are hilarious.

He's like "mom WHY have you put me in a frilly princess dress? PLEASE, I'll take the hoodie and never complain again!".

Poor Kelly always ends up looking like a girl! When I saw it and picked it up his face said don't you even dare. Too bad he doesn't do threatening very well with me

He still hates everyone else! Everyone that comes to the shelter thinks he is funny and great then he tries to eat them....and then they think he is funny at a distance hahaha. He is very smart about it too when approached with a towel he feels around the towel for a bit to find the thin spot and then goes all out on that spot Everyone who knows Kelly calls him the devil bird or demon bird....I find it amusing:54:

I don't have many pictures of Folger right now... He has a new blue flower looking collar since he got around the old collar when it got too flimsy. He had a bit of a moment when I was gone off and on for a good portion of two weeks. Stressed about being left behind and having the parents taking care of him. I'll have to take him with me next time. I took Kelly but Folger has been good and I thought he would be fine but apparently not. He didn't pluck but got near his leg with some mutilation. When I came back I gave him a bunch of foam and dinosaurs which he preceded to kill with much enthusiasm....apparently he was a little angry:52:

I have so missed seeing Kelly! He is looking amazing, Victoria. I also agree with April, please share some pics of Folger...I so love that boy. I want to see his new collar It seems that it is always 2 steps forward, 1 step back with the pluckers and self mutilators My Ki and Callie were doing so well til spring came.
