Broken wing feather

Hi my name is Vernie and I am a new member. So glad to find this forum so I can get expert advise. Recently got a green cheek conure I named Lilly. She is 4 no old and was hand fed. Today she broke a feather on her wing. Does anyone have any knowledge
As to whether I should try removing it or leaving it,:

You do not say if she is picking at it, if it is bleeding etc.
