breeder advice

Sorry for so many posts but I want to be fully prepared. So this is the breeder I have been talking with and think I'm going to go with. But before i sign this contact and put down my deposit I'd like to see if anyone knows who this is and if there good. Everything I find on the is good reviews.

I have no idea about her (I'm in Ontario Canada)but she appears to have it all together
clean aviary
great photos
babies look healthy
**what I liked are her write-ups, using the words, sweet, beautiful, precious. etc....
she seems to take very good care of her birds, and has a wide variety of them=knowledgable

just find out if you leave a deposit and something should happen to the bird (god forbid), what happens to your money.

If something happens before i recive him I get my deposit back. And I liked that too. She is very willing to chatting with me and answer questions. I asked to not have his wings clipped and she agreed to follow my wishes as he will be my bird. She also loves to talk about their family birds.
