Yeah, they require proof of residence. And I may or may not have used my mums address in the past, I even said that I'm moving to the area when I'm driving and it was still a hard no.

There's one on the list they gave me that I'm more than likely going to use as I'm going to be moving to the town next door to them. They have a lot of positive reviews and one negative,wgich was complaining about why were the bird services double their dog services
That, I feel, is pretty self explanatory.

Call them and ask what they need for proof of address when you do "move". I DOUBT it has to be official....I'd also consider asking someone more affiliated with legalities if this practice of rejecting patients based on address is even allowed...Again, we are not talking out of state or country travel...so there should be now restrictions.
