Bonnie and Clyde, Umbrella 'Toos, and BoozieToo, a double yellow Amazon. RIP Boozie, Blue crowned mealy Amazon
She always wants to sample my drinks and I never let her but today I had some juice. She likes it. A lot. Any one think there is a reason I couldn't let her have a little? No sugar added 100 percent apple juice.

Understanding that straight apple juice has naturally occurring sugar and most Parrots Love It! Two different types of concerns. First is what happens when they eat (in this case drink) to much fruit. They have very watery poop. Which, will have most Humans running to their Vets. Second is, the naturally occurring sugar - Consider a Too with a Sugar High! Amazons can be a real Hand Full. I have no interest in experiencing that with a Too.

Be very watchful of how much and remember that if you provide other fruits that day, you could have a fully wound evening and/or questioning, if you should be calling your CAV.

Small amounts only!

And, as we all know: Hard Cider is not allowed!

A sip or two is fine. treat it as a treat so no overindulging. It's good that you use no sugar added as most do have added sugar. Moderation is the key to fruit.

also as a potential for the future it's good to keep it rare because you can hide liquid medicine inside the juice, avoiding a fight over taking it

Problem is they like it Too much, and now become PIA's when you try to drink anything.
I'll give Salty some but in his own little bottle cap.
