Bob's Trips to Work

I have started taking Bob to work with me. He gets into his cage here without a problem, and is quiet on the ride to work. He is well behaved there and everyone likes him. When it is time to leave he is difficult to get into his carrier, and he makes a loud squaking noise all the way home. Any ideas as to what is going through his mind?

He is tired in the morning? Remember the school bus ride TO school was always quiet and subdued, but going home after the excitement of the day the bus was LOUD.

Or he is just tired and cranky.
