Ok so i took Sophie to birdy daycare when i got the baby till had the baby checked out by the vet and got the ok on her tests and stuff plus it gave me a great chance to finish her room with construction and stuff with her not in there ... I wanted to pick up my baby my really bad yesterday SAT ... and i started calling at 11 am in the morning, and i got a message saying they was busy with the animals leave a message they will call me right back. I left a message thinking they will call me back waited an hour till noon then called again, now im not a very good waiter. this is why me and my too get along so well ! I got the same msg from the phone call. I thought hmmmm they are ignoreing me so I made my husband call LOL he got the same msg. So i thought well maybe they are short staffed. I waited another hour now i know NO one is that busy in there right mind not to call me back by now, i need my baby. I called again and answering machine picked up and i just simple said this time WELL IM ON MY WAY !
I showed up and no one was even there ! they was closed had been from the 12 noon. but sence i started calling at 11 am i think they closed early ! NOW my beef is the sign says they dont open till SUNDAY at 4 pm ............ that means my BABY is ALONE from SAT at 11 am till SUN at 4pm ??? what the hell ! she is NEVER EVER alone !!!! this is just wrong wrong wrong on so many levels and i am soooo mad ! i am paying this daycare to lookafter her and be with her and play with her ! if this was a child would they pack up and leave ? NOPE .... but she is my child and they did. I cant get to her and know she is along and wondering where is mom and what is heck is going on .... I was told these people knew how to look after birds and i used them before when i went on vaction but i had NO idea they left her alone like this and i am just in shock !
Is this normal for birdy day cares ? I had a very hard time finding a day care and i need a day care, I travil out of the country and Sophie needs to be with someone that i can trust will watch her and know how to feed her and make sure she is happy. Her being happy is a big part of my day lol i know that sounds crazy but she is a troubled child LOL she is needy !
if anyone has any info on daycares in the nashville/ knoxville area i will travile !
