Just thought I would share my latest meal that gets my little monster all worked up.
I lately bought some steal cut oats and started making oatmeal for myself every morning. While the oats are cooking, near to completion, I stir in a big handful of chia seeds, flax seeds, frozen blueberries and a few hefty dashes of cinnamon. Sootie absolutely goes nuts for it and it's such a healthy breakfast for both of us!
I sprinkle over some chopped nuts at the end. The best thing is I can keep it varied by stiffing in some peanut butter, carob chips, mashed banana or anything like that to mix it up so we don't get bored!
