A couple of years ago, I bought the Birdtricks parrot diet and cookbooks as pdf files, I think they are well thought out and well presented. We've enjoyed using the recipes. They were the investment for us. The printed versions of the books are way overpriced, IMO.

That said, you could collect more information free from the forums
