WOW!!! I ordered the "sample pack" from Bird Street Bistro on Wednesday I got the package today!! Priority mail :D I'm going to drop them a line and thank them for such a quick turn-around!! Now I'm just going to say a prayer that Mr Finicky doesn't turn his beak up on this new stuff

So what I ordered was "Tropical" Blend.."Fiesta".."CinnaSpice"..."Cajun Bean"...and "Viva La Veggie"..All were 12oz bags except the CinnaSpice and Viva La Veggie which are 14oz bags..The pricing was VERY reasonable too!
So I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hope Mr Amy appreciates my efforts!

I tried the cinnaspice with Lincoln and Apollo, Lincoln ate it but wasnt overly thrilled, Apollo didn't touch it.

Yes, I've tried it!

I ordered the 3-pack variety (I think it was around $30) and it had an okay reception with my birds. Basically you boil a specific amount of water and add a specific amount of the dry stuff and boil for 15 minutes then let cool and serve. turns into a sort of pastey mixture that my birds weren't super into it as I wished they would've been. Sort of like oatmeal. I made just as package said to, which I wish they would put some smaller serving sizes and directions for because I have small birds who don't need a huge cup of the stuff at a time.

I'll keep trying but yeah my cockatiels weren't going right for it and mowing down but tasted it and ate some but I wouldn't say they LOVED it. I still have most in my freezer that I should get out and try another batch.

The blend I tried (forgot what it was ) directions said one cup of food and one and a quarter cup water cook for two to three minutes in microwave. Yes it did look like oatmeal and I mixed it in with Amys other grub and I saw him munching..which is a good sign lol..i'll try a little with Beebs in the morning. If they both like it i'll prolly order more..its good I got the variety pack,I can see which one is more palatable to them lol.
