Our second day together: and I think Queequeg (30-yr old rescue) really likes harp music. Judy Lohman playing Salzedo, to be precise. Queequeg got very still and puffy, and started to half-close and open her eyes. And she is up close to the side of the cage nearest to me. Sometimes she bob her head a little, or make soft and slow little sounds (no siren screetches here). The door is open, but that doesn't tempt her yet. She also seems to like watching the budgies on the other side of the window.

I think she looks happy. Do you think I'm reading her correctly?

Sounds like she's not stressed, happy zons tend to be loud, LOL maybe content is a better word.

Yeah my 14 week BFA jinx is happy when he puffs out his feathers and fans his tail when he's playing with his toys I try to keep him calm when handling him as he has gotten over excited the past two days and tried bite down on my hand a simple hold of the beak and a firm no does the job most times if not ill get him to step up to take the focus of biting me away he is still learning to use his beak and he still gets a little rough with me and has broken my skin three times in the past two days he is so young and doesn't know any better that's why its down to me to train him he is very loving and doesnt mean to hurt me as he is still learning he means the world to me and i love him to bits. :)
