Best vitamin and supplement ??

Well it's been a few yrs since I stopped supplementing my birds with Vitamins.. I use to use Nekton and missing link... At the time they were highly recommended.. Can anyone tell me if here is something better now....

I want to start supplementing them all again.. I know there is no replacement for a good healthy diet... But I would like to supplement once or twice a week..

Thoughts opinions and recommendations..

I am strongly against using any supplement without being told to do so by a certified avian vet, it is much too easy to over dose a bird and my vet see's several birds have it happen yearly. I also know a great high quality pet store owner (supplies only) who has a pionus who overdosed from palm oil, and she only used the tiniest drop mixed into the food and not everyday.

Actually it was my Vet that recommended I supplement them with Vitamins.. Once or twice a week... Of course this was about 10-15 yrs ago and all were healthy and I never had a sick bird.. I stopped a few yrs back out of laziness...

Ah I see,
I wish I could recommend something. Even when I brought Rosie in and my vet said she was unhealthy, she only told me not to use it. She told me to feed her as best as I can to help her body sort itself out.
