best time of day to work with parrot

so do you think it is better in the morning after breakfast? afternoon, or evening when they are a little more tired?
I realize that any time you have to interact is a good time, but is one time of day better than another?

If you mean training, if you give them meals instead of having good food available all the time, then probaby as long as possible after their last meal so they're nice and hungry!
