I just watched a chef make grilled chocolate sandwiches!!!! OMG!
Take one side of bread and dip in egg and milke like for French toast, out in semi sweet chocolate bar, add the other bread with outside dipped in egg and milk. Grill in pan with lots of good buter like a grilled cheese, oh I will be making this!!!

I recently discovered grilled peanut butter and jam is a thing and I love it, add bananas and it's even better, it all gets melty and it's just so delicious. Jacob loved it too, what a spoiled macaw.
