I'm having trouble finding a good cage for an irn. i found a few and others say they're good enough, but i'd like some suggestions. what are the best cages for irns? what do you use for yours?
I don't know if you have found anything yet, but I just got on Amazon, they have a "house brand" Amazon basics cage that looks identical to a double critter nation, $179 after tax if you are prime member. It's dimensions are 2' deep, 3' wide, and 4' tall for the double. It's definitely enough cage for one irn, and the entire face of the cage can be opened for easy access to your bird. They are designed for rats or ferrets, but we have a true critter nation double, split to two cages stacked, budgies in the bottom, and my cockatiel pair in the top half, ordered the second double unit for our irn's when they come home after weaning. I like that cage so well, and so do my birds, that I don't like most bird cages.
