Parrots
Budgie and sputnik (both cockatiels, budgie is a pearled and sputnik a grey faced)

Coconut (Pineapple conure)

Talon (african grey)

Ziggy (Macaw)
Ziggy is on a diet of roudybrush and seed, which says it doesn't require any additional fresh food, but I don't know if that's true. What would be the best mix of fresh stuff to give him on a daily basis, and in what proportions

As far aw we are concerned they should alway get an ample supply of fresh fruits and vegetables.

We provide Arika with a variety of different foods including pellets, fresh and cooked foods.

Fresh food:
Snap peas
Radish
Jalapeno peppers
Sweet peppers
Carrots
String beans
Coconut
Broccoli
Squash
Pecans, Pistachios, Almonds, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Macadamia, etc
Bananas
Pomegranate
Cooked Sweet potato

Fruits:
Peaches
Apples
Plums
Grapes
Cherry
*** Always limit fruits because of sugar content and never let them have the pits / seeds.

More but that's all I can remember after a long day at work :)

Cooked foods are from Goldenfeast. They contain a variety of good stuff for them.
Just heat up a little water, toss in some of the dried food and let sit for a while. Always check temperature before serving to ensure it about 80 to 90 deg F.
Never reheat food directly in the microwave, Inside can become much hotter that the outer shell and cause burns. We always heat water, then put the food in and check temp.
She likes the Madagascar Delight, Caribbean Bounty, Bonita Loco.
They can also be served dry, just ensure that they have a good supply of water.

Pellets include Zupreen and Roudybush
Hope that helps.
