behaviour issuses

I have a yellow sided conure, he,s almost 2 years old i have had him for since 8 weeks old, i have just moved and he has become very vocal, every time im doing something like eating, in the kitchen or when i leave the room, he has also started to do it when my girlfriend leaves which he never done before, he also bends down and flaps his wings making a high pitch chirp [ what is this behaviour ? ] he has plenty of time out lots of toys, and a veried diet of seed,nuts,friut and veg, im showing lots of attention and giving treats when quiet he leaving the room etc. I have read that moving and change of enviroment can create this unsettled behaviour, i try to change toys and cage offten to keep from being bored, will this last, is this behaviour normal or signs of something else,how can i help him settle more? please help
