Beak growth?

Hello.
Recently I noticed Eddie has a little "bump" on his right nostril. I'm wondering if this is just his beak growing, I mean it doesn't look red or anything, simply his left side is lying flat on the beak but the right isn't
Has anyone seen this before? I don't want to overworry because he seems fine otherwise, maybe he irritated it by picking his nose or something, like after taking baths cause he does that.
