Beach trip! (Picture Heavy!)

We recently went on a beach trip and took Indy and our wheaten terrier Ali. They both did well, although Ali has been multiple times This was Indy's first time! I haven't been able to get her to wear a harness or flight suit at this point, so I had her in her carrier where she could still smell, see, hear and feel all the awesomeness of the beach! She seemed to be content She is 9 months old, going on 10 months, and is getting her adult feathers but is taking her sweet time with it (just like with weaning, which took her 6 months!). Just wanted to share!

Awww! Indy looks like she was having fun looking out the window at everything. I love the picture where she is all snuggled up in your hair, half asleep. You can see the love Indy has for you in her adorable little face.
My Hotrod loves to cuddle up in my hair and in my robe, too.
Aren't they just so adorable when they are in snuggle-mood? It is soooo precious!

Thank you! She did seem interested, but more interested in the sea birds that would fly by. She would talk to them by screaming at them lol

She was so exhausted that day! lol she was up from 6:30am-5pm with no naps! She seemed to have a good time seeing all the new things with little to no stress. It seems as long as mommy is with her, she doesn't mind where she goes!

Thank you! We went to Santa Barbara and Ventura (CA). They have a great dog park in Santa Barbara and we just love Ventura, it's where we got married and it's never too busy

Beautiful! I have relatives in Ventura County. I'm down here closer to Huntington/Laguna. It's sad though, that since the city of Laguna Beach had budget cuts, they no longer clean the HUGE seaweed piles that wash up on the shore left to rot and stink. I hope they at least clean during the summer. AND Laguna Beach is one of the more AFFLUENT cities in the county, so that makes it all the more disgusting.

No dog right now, but we still enjoy going to the dog beach in the summer on a weekend when it's busy, just to walk by the water and see everyone's dogs!
