Bath toys??

My Blue Crowned Conure when he takes a bath will start taking a bath in his bathing dish and then climb up the bars of his cage with his wings spread out half soaked and start playing with these toys then go back to bathe more and climb up to play again and repeats for the whole bath time. I moved the toy he was playing with closer to the dish and he now plays and bathes at the same time withought having to climb up the cage its so funny! Wondering if anyone else has a bird that does this?
