Inko is banned for banning a person with 9 birds for having too many while I know a person who had about 100 birds

Now extra ban for eBird site - interesting why they have Polish names available and don't have it in "languages" option. Maybe because they translated only species names and nothing else (I'm fine with it but it's a bit weird)
