Fox ibb I understand It took me my entire life up to the point of getting budgies just to even be allowed to have a pet. Technically I only have one bird which might seem odd considering I have pictures with two budgies in them one is my sister's, but she neglected to take care of it. And so now it's my responsibility my vet bills and my money that goes into him and sometimes it makes me really mad. So, I only have technically only had one bird she gets the title of having a bird, but she doesn't even say hello to it. And yet she thinks she can take care of a rabbit.
