Oh thank you so much!
I think he's about 3-4 weeks! That's what the breeder told me!
He was really scared of me to start with but is getting better! He's really smart too :)

I just posted your photo in here for you! If you click on the direct link in photo bucket, your computer should just copy it automatically, or you can just hit right click and copy. Then in your reply box, there's a photo icon on it, click on it then paste your link within. It would show up in here. :)

I hope it's not mean putting them on a perch this young! They do seem to really enjoy it though...

It's the time to train them to get on play gym and such. So they can learn to grip better onto perches and such. :)

I have to keep an eye on the lovebirds for their reputation of being a bit aggressive.

Yes you must keep an eye on the Lovebirds!!!! They're not nice to other types of birds! The only time I was able to keep a Lovebird with a Cockatiel was when I raised them together as chicks. They were best buddies, but the Lovebird will attack any other Cockatiel other then his buddy.

I'll be super careful! The lovebirds normally stay in one corner of the room near their cage anyway.
I put some seed on the blue post next to Rocky (the tiel) and he's eating it! So eating and perching training all in one hit!

IF he's eating the seeds well, don't hand feed anymore formula unless the crop is empty. With the seeds and formula mixture, it tends to sour the crop. When they first wean, they will eat until their crop sac is protruding like right now when your done feeding formula. You can feel it inside their crop sac. That means don't feed anymore formula. Sometimes they will still beg, but don't listen to them!

This is the first time I've seen him eat seed well. He's got crushed pellets but he won't eat them, and he won't eat the milett seed either! Only the seeds because they are small...I can feed him some toast maybe?

If I'm going to put ROcky in a cage with food I want to put Homer in a cage too because I don't want to seperate them :(

You can either put them back into the brooder for now for another week so Homer can feather out a bit more or they can both go into the cage now. Just keep them warm, that's the main thing! You can try to offer toast but none of my babies seem to like them until they were older.
