Baby Bell Peppers

Can someone please confirm whether it is safe to feed quakers baby bell peppers and/or the seeds from them? I'm personally not a fan of peppers but I've been told birds LOVE them.

Many birds LOVE peppers and there are a whole lot of seed and pellet products that contain peppers, even very hot and spicy ones. Peppers are just fine for your Quaker.

Just don't freak out like I did when you see blood red poop lol! Peppers are very good for them!
