Are they sick and if so, with what?

Went to the store, spotted the parakeets breathing and moving weird. IDK if you can see it all that well in the video. But they close their eyes, open/close their mouths slowly and do a weird twitch/wiggle. 2nd blue you can see best.

I can't really see that clearly, but they might just be yawning/chattering. Budgies have all sorts of silly movements when they're talking/chirping, and yawning looks funny no matter what.

It didn't seem normal, but I won't be in the store anytime soon to get a better video. ah well...
