Iā€™m making summer rolls for lunch.
Fresh spinach, veggies sliced, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, hot pepper, orange slices w/ mint leaves ... yada yada
I wonā€™t add the bean sprouts to Leviā€™s as my Vet said no bean sprouts.

I soak the wrap in warm water & them place the sliced veggies & fruit inside & wrap it. Itā€™s a raw healthy meal that I enjoy VM.

Iā€™d like to offer one to Levi. Iā€™m wondering if the rice wrap is okay?
I think it would be fun foraging for the veggies & the oranges inside, whether or not he eats the wrap. But, if he did it should be fine right? He does love pasta & itā€™s a similar type food.

Thx :)

I had to look that up! Found this for ingredients for the rice wrap, not sure if it's the same one you are using:
Ingredients of the food rice paper include white rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, and water.

Here is a thread from April from awhile back, so Tapioca would be safe:

I would say as long as the salt content isn't too high, it would be fine!

Thank you so much Terry! :smile049:
Salt was the last ingredient, that usually means the lesser of them all.
Instead of spinach I used romaine b/c that's his fave. :)

He liked it.

That looks really good, Tami, and Levi seems to approve!

I'll be over for lunch tomorrow!! :D

Impressive. Maybe Levi could convince Mushka to eat more healthy stuff. If it is green it usually ends up in the floor.

Count me in for lunch as well, please! No wonder Levi was tearing into that, it looks delicious!
