Any way to upload audio clips from phone?

I record some of my daily conversations (just noises and whistles for now, Perjo can't talk yet) on my iphone (mp4a format IIRC). Is there a way to share them in a post?

This is a good question. I would also like to be able to share audio without having to upload a video, save band width. it can be a real hassle to try to get video to display right side up.
