Any way to block a user?

Is there anyway you can block a user from commenting on your post?

No you cannot block someone replying to a post, but you can put them in your ignore list, then, you will not see what they have written!

I really beleive that posts like this should not be made, the question should be asked directly to a moderator because these posts make people feel upset and some people may find it offensive that you don't like to hear a members' thoughts. It also makes people question themselves as to whether they are the issue or not.
Just my two cents.
