any good books?

I don't want to block up the pages with all my questions but are there any good recipe books out there (i have no printer, i would like a book). I want one i can have on the kitchen side for us both to look at. Any other good books you can reccomend, from beginner to advanced please? Thanks

I highly suggest the cook book from Phoenix Landing. I use it all the time and it has lots of educatinal information as well inside. Also the cost goes for bird rescue.
