Fargo- Blue and Gold Macaw
Fargo and i have been pretty slack with training lately, although our training sessions are never long, usually about a minute, we go through each trick once or twice.. Usually we do training every 2 days! Thats usually just movement tricks, bit slack with props at the moment :p

But we havnt done a training session since last week

Last week i started teaching him the play dead kind of trick.. i think its also known as the bat trick, because they hang upside down like a bat!

He already does a summersault forward over my hand, so it was easy teaching him to go backwards.

Now he just has to remember to keep perfectly still! He learnt this in 2-3 sessions, so just a few minutes altogether :)

He knows Bang, means to go backwards, but he still needs a bit of help remembering to put his head fully down..

Its hilarious, he added his own touch to it, and he stuck his tongue out when he was hanging there.. I suppose you would stick your tongue out if you were hanging there dead right?!?

and i love the second time he does a bit of a sound effect :54:

He should have it figured out after a few more practices :)
Thats trick number 18 ! Champion

Also here is a short funny video i got of Fargo on his hammock, he was lying on his side playing with a toy, and then my ipod ran out of memory.. was so disappointed, it was adorable :(

That's awesome! I hope you're making a video diary that you can look back at, when he learns trick #68!
