Angel Wings-Wings flipping

Hi. Has anybody heard of a conspires wings flipping up. This happened over approx a three week period. He was flying like a mad man and now he can’t lift off the ground. On one side his wings are flipping up.

A picture, or better yet, a video of your bird might be enormously helpful. It almost sounds like he may have sprained or somehow injured his wing, hence he is holding it up or out.
