Thanks Flboy. This explains his and the bird's predicament and I do commiserate. However it doe's bring to the fore, a question. What is his intent on the birds' behalf? That for the birds now needs to be cleared up. jh

Do the Fowler's have ulterior motive for rescinding the easement? Noise, concern for property values with nearby sanctuary? My impression of easements is the bar to preventing access is quite high. Hopefully the issues will be satisfactorily resolved on appeal.
