I feed a mixture of roudybush, zupreem, and lafebers (1:1:1). I don't have a greenwing but have 2 macaws and 2 cockatoos on that w/salads and xtra nuts depending on the species. Harrisons is great but pricey.
I feed my Neleno Zupreme pellet high energy. He does really well on them. I originally had him on pretty boy pellets but found most of them on the bottom of the cage as he really did not like them very much. Zupreme tends to run a little cheaper two so bonus for my wallet.
