An update on Al...

You are never far from my thoughts, Al... you, too, Jim... I know how close you two are.
We form such close bonds here, as we unite in our love for birds, our own and everywhere. Al is one of the best, the very best. Get better, dear Mr. Goodwrench.

Hoping this setback is minor and that your recovering at home with family and Salty soon!

As long as you have his address and a first name, Jim, you shouldn't have a problem mailing anything to his home.

Al, you're missed around here, buddy.

Yikes! I had no idea about all of this! Al, sending prayers and more prayers that all the good and perfect things come together and you heal quickly!
Geri, praying for you too. Hard stuff.

No doubt Geri, Salty and your boys are anxious for you to get home!

Jim, thank you for letting us know and keeping us updated.

Oh man, I had no idea...

Wrench is one tough dude, and it will take more than this to knock him down...I can just see him laying in the hospital, on the phone, calling about Salty 50 times a day...poor nurses :D

Positive-Energy to Al, Geri, and Salty....

Having a high fever like that for days on end after major surgery will knock anyone down for the count. Even tough guys like Al. The fact that they can't figure out why is of huge concern. Hopefully they've zeroed in on its cause and the correct intervention by now.

Oh no!!! I was too busy this weekend to check the forums (believe it or not) and I'm so sad to hear this! Sending good thoughts and wishes.
