I was told he is around 19-20 years old. Is this normal or a health concern of some sort? Also would adding a little bit of coconut oil to his food or rubbing some on his beak help with it? His feet also look a bit dry so should i rub some coconut oil on there as well? (I heard coconut oil is good for feather and beak health) any help is greatly appreciated!

Looks normal. You could rub oil or petroleum jelly on it to make it look “polished,” but the flakiness will still be there unless you Dremel it smooth (not a DIY project for most parronts, but your vet could do it if you wanted). I moisturize my macaw’s feet, but maybe I’m weird. I don’t see many moist-looking parrot feet around! 😜

Perfectly normal. Coconut oil is fine for feets, beaks dont need it but it wont hurt. DOnt use other oils though. He is a fine looking fellow!
