That is a huge question that requires soooo many more details...
Why does she want to give it to you?
What is her relationship with the bird?
What is it's diet, sleep schedule (including hours of sleep nightly and bedtime/wakeup), cage location, cage size...
What is its background...
How much time does it get out of its cage daily?
How does SHE react to these "attacks", what happens right before and after the attacks, and how does everyone else react (what do they say, do etc)?
Does the bird have access to any huts/tents/boxes/bedding or shadowy spaces in or around the cage?
Those questions are the VERY VERY VERY tip of a large ice-burg...No one can answer that without a significant body of information.. It really depends on the root of the aggression, but also how sexually obsessed it is with her, husbandry, hormones, as well as how long she has had the bird...
