African Grey Parrot upper Beak Completely Damaged

Hi every one.
I've a pair of grey parrots about 7 years old. My male has lost his complete upper beak. There was no bleeding. Please tell me what to do. It eats well but can't climb up or down.

Can you post pics please. I have a grey with damaged upper beak. If he cam not climb you need to get a bird ladder in his cage. That will help him move around. I have a couple in my guys cage. You can also use rope perches that run not just across but down at angeles.
