Hello everyone, I have a female lovebird. She was alone and i started to go work more, so I brought a friend to her. A new lovebird that I really suspect is a male.
The first time she saw him she was really happy. Now the male is really following her watching, singing her but she is not interested.
They are in different cages in same room. I put the cages close by to get them used to each other.
Now we are in the 4th day, and my bird keeps biting the new bird whenever he comes to him or comes to me. She and I have a strong bond. I suspect she is jealous of me.
Also my first bird got stressed and started pulling her feather.
Does anyone have any advice?
