Hi everyone, i have a 10 week old ringneck (nearly 11 weeks old now)

I got her on sunday and ive been reading up on this forum and other websites and ive been told;

1) never enter cage whilst they are in there
2) never force them, let them do things in their own time

So i got her back on sunday, she seemed quite scared/uncomfortable... I bought her some new toys etc and been spending alot of time with her and she has got alot better with me.

Monday afternoon i opened her caged for around 2/3 hours and she wouldn't come out she would just sit on her perch and not move

Yesterday i did the same but after around an hour she actually flew out and spent around 2 hours out then i managed to get her on her training stick and back into the cage.

Before she came out she would stop on her perch all day, but now since going back on she will either hang onto the sides of her cage or she sits on the water/food feeders... she won't sit on her perch now and im abit worried.

Is this normal? anyone else witnessed anything similar?
