Good question. I'm going to guess the flourette. since it's the greenest part. With F & V's the richer the colour, the higher the bioflavanoids.

This question was asked at a Phoenix Landing class and I got it wrong too. The answer is leaves so PQ you were correct!!

Ah no time for me to enter "time Zone"
Anyway I would have got it incorrect and said the Florets.
Thanks SB, you would make a good teacher ......

Did you know that broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, collard greens, brussels sprout, German turnips, and a number of other vegetables are all the same species of plant?

No, I didn't know that. That's strange. Believable, but strange. They look nothing like one another.

I learn something new every day!

I did not know that, very interesting....
Just show, we are never to old to learn
So much to learn, so little time

1 cup of broccoli has 178 mg of calcium vs. 300 mg in 1 cup of milk - more calcium than just about any other non- meat, soy or dairy food (figs are pretty close, but they're only good if they're part of a Newton). Just in case you're concerned about the amount of calcium your parrot gets.
